Well recently, the salt and peppered lawyer had a heart-attack due to the buck shot near his heart! If he were to die, would Dick Cheney be charged with involuntary manslaughter? A lawyer could argue the case based on the definitions of the crime: Dangerous actions to human life - shooting at birds near someone's body, He new that the action could cause harm to another person - Anyone taking a hunter safety course (Mandatory before receiving a license) would know this! If there is a death... watch the lawyers line up at the starting gate!...

Much as I would love(and I mean LOVE!!!) to see Cheney get arrested - it's doubtful - the absolute most they could nail him for would be neglible homicide - and that would really hard to get a conviction. Remember, we're talking Texas law here - the only way to get convicted of shooting anyone is to be poor and/or black.
