There actually is a god! Errr, maybe... Ahh, forget it

Yes, David Emerson, the Unprincipled One, has announced he will, or rather he "plans to run as a Conservative" in the next election.

I wonder why you felt he had to qualify the statement with "plans", David? Plans change sometimes, don't they David? And really, you know more about changing than many people, don't you David? Ah well, it's a good gesture, anyway - the appearance of bravado without having to commit to anything. That's what made you such a good Liberal, I guess.

There is a word they use for that sort of statement, what is it? I know it will come to mind, just give me a minute...

Oh yeah: "bullshit".

On a side note, why do you think he had to stipulate "as a Conservative"? Like the Liberals are gonna take you back? Or maybe the NDP?

Now, we just have to bring down the minority government and let the good times roll!

I think you're probably reading too much into his wording. On the other hand, in the last election he planned to run as a liberal and look how that worked out.

You might be right, but I'm not convinced. I will not believe a word from this "enemy of Harper" again.
