It's Not All Doom and Gloom

Kev's post aside, it's important to keep in mind that some small headway against Intelligent Design happens, for instance attempts to put language favouring Intelligent Design in the School curriculum have failed both in Ohio and in Utah. Plus, despite what Intelligent Design advocate William Dembski might think, the British School System has has rejected teaching Intelligent Design as a scientific theory. This is not to say there's no danger, just pointing out that victories do occur.

You're perhaps right, Dan, but check out the article here Idiot Nation.

We ain't outta da woods yet, brother.

But I never said we were out of the woods, just that there were victories. Also, I'll point out that the poll cited points out that the number of people believing in Creationism lowers the younger the respondant got and the more education they had. Keep up the fight, but don't lose heart brother.
